Heh, thank you. By the way, if you want to see why I almost gave up on it, look here. This is what made me pissed, but Tatrion was a big help by finding all those glitches. This hack is MUCH better than that now, since they were mainly graphics issues.

I just finished Glitz-Boo Temple, the one with the rotating spike balls. They don't rotate anymore I needed both the sprites, so the don't roatate BUT, I did find a creative use for them by cutting them in half. I'll show screenies of my next level soon

The tree? Crap, that was part of an event, it shouldn't be there. I'll fix that event to make it better. Thanks for pointing that out.

I think the darker green is better. You should keep that one.

A dark yellow seems good. Try it, and show us a screenshot of it.

If that fails, make it a lighter green than the normal grass.

Darker version of unrevealed would be black though, wouldn't it?

I kinda want it to match the theme of meadows - so I was thinking a green, yellow, or orange, something along that sort. But it's tough to decide I think I might go with a yellow, but a very dark one

Maybe use a darker version of the SMW revealed path. Green would make it look unrevealed...

Personally the second screen: I liked better. As for the redo, yes the yellow path is kinda bright. Would've been better if you kept the original green coloring though. But it's neat.

I noticed that after I took the screenie. What colour do you recommend I change the yellow too?

I always remember the board is ALWAYS right about the overworld (thanks stickies )

MUCH better.

The yellow for the path is kinda... eh... clashing with the rest. =\ Other than that, it's pretty nice.

I fixed the palette on the second overworld. Take a look



Look how much darker it is. Compare it to my old one:



So does it look better now? Background on the border is darker, as is the palette

Nice. The forest rocks. The second one's too bright though.

Level design - Pretty good 8/10
Overworld design - Nice! 9/10
Graphics selection - Less than average 7/10
Palette selection - Awful 2/10

Overall - 26/40
Good: The way things are placed out are neat and diverse. Very harmonic.
Bad: Needs work on the palettes, try earthy, less contrasty colours.

Hmm, been getting that so far. Problem is, I don't wanna make the palette TOO dark, because then it will be dull. I'll play around with the colours I get, and see how it works out

Wow. It really seems to be comming along. I think the blue part is a little too bright though, but the overworld itself really looks neat.
