The added Wi-Fi support will actually make the damn game playable, unlie the GC original. The entire concept of having to group together a number of friends with their GBAs and link cables every time you wanted to make some progress, making the game more of a chore than anything, was just... ugh. Bad. Horrible.

But yeah, still looking much more forward to FF3 than FFCC. It's the only FF game I don't own even though I have the console it's for as well.

..whoa. A 3D look is a nice treat.
I already own the cart, but now I have a reason to get this as well. I'm excited, can't wait for more screens.

Alright, was that FFIII for DS? The character looker VERY similar to Terra.

I didn´t think it´d be in 3d.

Edit: No, wait. They´re releasing Crystal Chronicles for the DS too but...that can´t be crystal chronicles, can it?

Well... Are you dissapointed? I don't think I am. About time we see a generic 3D Final Fantasy game for Nintendo.

Oh, I´m not disappointed at all. It´s just awesome that they made an old FF game in 3d.

Will be way more cooler to play it.

No, that's FF3 all right. The cave picture looks quite similar to part of the opening dungeon.

See? Effort by their part for once!

GoNintendo.com's front page
It definately is FFIII.
There're also a few other interesting articles on that site, including someone selling Zelda 3 (NES)'s beta cart on eBay. Strange, I know.

And it's not every location... "Only" around 6,000. Not every restaurant has WiFi, but those that do will support it.

So much for having it here.

Back again with another Final Fantasy 3 scan. I'll be sure not to hotlink it this time.

No Hotlinking

This game's looking much more impressive. Final Fantasy: Chrystal Chronicles anyone?

FF3 was a good game but when I got to that water boss in the water that handed me my ass, I gave up on it.

I´ve almost beaten FFV because I´m inthe last dungeon. I plan to level up and defeat Shinryuu.

I started playing a FF3j translation, but it stopped being translated partway through. I tried playing through with the crazy symbols and the help of a walkthrough, but then I eventually just gave up.

It'd be nice to get to play the whole thing through, it was really good while it was English.

It just really didn't make much sense to me. Now, updating the graphics like they did in DoS in the 2D perspective I got and I loved at the same time. I just don't know if I see it being pulled off very well.

And FFIIIj translated is not at all hard to find. I guess what makes it's game that much of a standout would be the job system the FF5 based their game on. Too bad there haven't been many of those past FFT/A.

The problem was for me was actually finding a "good" translation. I remember mine was pretty messed up, Potion's were called Apples, or something weird like that. (and so on)

I've heard in the past people claim that FFIIIj is better than V. What would you guys say?

The 3D thing seems skeptical (wonder how battling will turn out? Probably like the PSX games I'd guess), but I'm sure it'll turn out to be good.

Hmm...

5 and 6, two of my favorites, coming to GBA, which is good... and unfortunately, 3 - my favorite - is coming to DS, which I planned not to get for lack of games that interested me (and general disdain of the touchscreen concept). Damn it. Well, there's another hundred+ that I'll be spending when that comes out...

I'm a fan of VII myself, but this certainly allows the new generation to get involved in the earlier games in the franchise
