Layer 2 will only respond to vertical scroll if you set the scrolling rate for it to constant. But even with such a case, it'd be hard because of the messed up vertical level memory maps. |

(layer 2 doesn't respond to vertical scroll and therefore appears to float about and stuff) |

Is there any way to have V. Scroll & Layer 2 smash on at the same time?
Whenever you put on vertical scroll, the layer 2 doesnt smash or it comes up with you when you jump.
