Wtf, I use Firefox and it looks perfectly fine to me.
A nice layout but my eyes doesn´t like that animated gif. It´s not that it looks bad or is to bright. I just get this weird feeling when it blurs.

Oy, the animated background caused problems in your first layout, didn't you learn? 
It's a great effect, but most people can't see it properly, and it's distracting to your post. Just choose one color, or make it like a php rotation thingy.. or something.
Otherwise, very nice work, looks great. |

I liked your ZIM layout, but that is cool. Your Posts sidebar has a glitch, though. it says you have 1030 Posts when you really have 1095. |

Yeah, I know it's still Sept. 30th, but I can't wait any longer. How does it look? I'm pretty sure I'll be keeping it this way, but I can still make small changes, like for color and stuff.
