Sorry for the bump, but I put up partyghoul's hack to my hosted hacks section. This is only a demo, as only levels 1-1 through 3-1 are finished, and 3-2 is incomplete. I hope you enjoy the hack.  It's not half bad. |

Hosts I heard of include Geocities (not recommended), Freewebs (also not recommended), 1ASPHost, and Funpic.org. However, I'm willing to host hacks at my site.  Mario's Beauty Salon is messed up, but there is a clone of it that actually works. You can get the program here. If you want to edit other palettes (and/or edit Mario's TSA), check out this thread. |

aside from the palette there isn't really anything gothic about it. im trying to change luigi's palette too but im having problems.for mario i used a program called Mario's Beauty Salon. those patches look really kick ass AP. i think i might haft to play around with those. anyways im dying to release this first patch but i have no place to host it yet.does anybody know of a place? |

If you want, you could use other patches of mine here, and some of the links of my page go to sites that have patches for SMB. |

Lemme give ya's some suggestions, to make this hack special use AP's SMB2 Mario patch, Change his palette like in your hack. Second, there's alotta gfx out there you can use for this hack, just give people credit if you use'em. Other than that, good luck with this hack okay? |

alright...i'll tone it down a little for the players.
i dont have a set release date for the patch because
1)i dont have a place to host it yet
2)i havent made the patch yet
3)and lastly im still working out a couple bugs yet
so yea...if anybody can tell me where i can host it, i'll try to get a patch out as soon as possible |

Well, a good rule to follow when you're trying to make hard levels is to keep in mind that you'll always be better at it than the player. You know all the tricks and shortcuts and have undoubtedly played the levels dozens if not hundreds of times during testing. (I hope...) Someone who's never played them before is going to have a significantly harder time beating them. So if it's so hard you can barely finish it, a lot of people probably won't be able to finish it at all. |

It looks good. It's not that it's only another SMB hack. If this one intends in being a challengue hack, then it's ok, i'll be pleased to play it since i like challengue hacks |

May I make a suggestion? Use the IMG tags please. I hate it when people don't use them.
To do that, type [ IMG ]. Then, put your link in, and then end it with a [ /IMG ]
No spaces of course between the brackets and the word IMG.
It will show up like this afterwords:
