To do this, you'd need to port collision (probably just a copy-paste job if you don't want any of the Sonic 1 levels), and redo the object maps of each level, plus fix the loops. My idea is to have Sonic 2 with Sonic 1 stages and music. I'm sure it would be a massive project though. I wish I had the l33t haxor skill.
