I also think Walt is going to serve a purpose later. They wouldn't give all that "special" background for nothing, would they?
It could be Shannon.. what does she do anymore? I've also heard from friends that they believe it's Claire and/or her baby..
What about Sun and Jin?

I somewhat doubt that one of the new characters will be killed off so quickly, especially the ones that were made stars. What would be the point in making them stars of the show for a few episodes? I'm really stumped as to who it may be. After reading some small previews of future episodes and seeing what characters appear in these episodes, we can eliminate these from the possibility list...
Charlie, Locke, and Claire, because in the episode after next week Charlie gets mad at Locke for having an interest in Claire. Also Sawyer because he is having a flashback in a few episodes. |

Can't be Walt. It is my belief that he serves a more important rule to the story that we first anticipated.
There is that talk in Season one that he is "Special"so yeah, the writers haven't elborated on that.
I hope the Michelle Rodriguez character dies. She annoys the hell out of me.

I've borrowed season 1 dvds from a friend of mine, and I'm loving it.  Ethan really freaked me out, jeeze. I would have been more worried, but I knew from season 2 that claire and charlie are both still alive, and ethan isn't. 
I have about 5 more episodes to watch, which I'll probably get to tonight. This is a great show.  |

It'll probably be someone who we wouldn't expect to die...the previews leaned toward Sawyer dying, but given that hint it will most likely be someone else. I think they might actually kill off Walt, he hasn't been around this season, plus he's a kid so his aging is going to become more noticeable than the adults, and "Lost" time goes by so slow, so there may be that inconsistency there, giving a reason to get rid of him. Hell I'm most likely wrong but I've had that theory for a while . |

I'd say Claire cause we've basically heard her complete story, but then who'd feed the baby.
I dunno though, they might just end up killing off one of the new ones. |

Maybe in 3 weeks we'll see who the others are, or maybe get Walt back. And say.. what's everyone's guess on who will be killed this season? |

Charlie and Hurley did have a chat in the previous episode. Charlie asked Hurley what was in the hatch, so maybe you mistook that for "hat". That's most likely it. |

Yep, I just saw this episode again right now, they just replayed it. There isn't any mention of some hat or Hurley looking into the ocean at all. Plus, Sawyer was with the people from the other half of the plane so he couldn't have asked Hurley. That's really weird, I don't remember that at all.
Anyway, can't wait for the new one next week. I think we get to learn more about the Others, plus Michael goes on a hunt for his son. |

Huh? I don't recall him looking out into the ocean too much or having some kind of hat. Is that from Season 2? If it's from Season 1 I probably missed that because I only started watching Lost during the reruns this summer so I didn't catch every episode. |

LOL, I didn't think they would kill off Jin. Now I've told everyone I know that watches the show and they're like "OMFG!"
They did actually mention the Others in next week's preview, we see someone walking by with a teddy bear and someone whispers "The Others." |
