Make sure that you update Ad-Aware and Spybot Search and Destroy. Like antivirus programs, these anti-spyware programs need to be updated in order to search and clean your machine properly.
If you still have trouble, run HijackThis! and post the log here, although frankly, Spybot and Ad-Aware should find and get rid of whatever it is, provided that it's updated. |

You sure you've tried every virus scanner, Ad-Aware, Norton, everything? If you haven't I strongly recommend that. |

How do I get the doggone spyware and adware off my comp without using my parents cash card. (I like Abvs.) All the things I tried scan but didn't delete. I have to pay to delete harmful stuff?! |
