Well, since there's been questions that were asked that hasn't been disapproved (yet), im going to ask too.

Yea, PDP/DM are out in Japan, not English.
Though, if you ask me, it's a fsckin joke in comparison to the last couple of titles out. If I'm hitting upwards of 30,000 in Time Trial, something up with that.
As for the initial topic, you can ask if it's out, but you can't ask FOR it, except by PM, which is fine as long as you don't spam everyone's account trying to find it. |

Everyone has a different way of numbering releases depending on release time, dupe/nuke status, whether or not to count certain roms, etc. It's fine to ASK about whether or not a rom's been released but that's it. No asking for links or anything.
And according to GBATemp, Megaman Zero 4 and Yu-Gi-Oh! Destiny Board Traveler, both Europe released, are the latest roms dumped. |

I dont see a problem with asking about a rom, and im pretty sure its allowed...however Im not sure whether megaman zero 4 is availiable on rom sites yet, however ill check, and if I see it ill tell you, but cant tell you where to here, ill pm you the url...
edit: checking a site that says they have all the Current GBA Roms released, 2130( 2130 - Koala Brothers - Outback Adventures) is the latest, so either they havent got their hands a hold of it, or no one has dumped it. |

Is it allowed here to ask IF a rom has been released, but not where to find it? I have no problems with that part. It's just how so many sites disagree on what the correct numbering system for new releases should be. Take for example #2130 which is very recent. That is given to Koala Brothers - Outback Adventures (E) by some people, 2130 - Dr. Mario & Panel de Pon by others, and Fantastic 4 still elsewhere. That probably means each set is missing a game or two. Of course, I'd have no idea which. I'm curious about Megaman Zero 4 at the moment. One site says it just came out, others haven't updated in a few days. I hope the rom news posters clean up this mess soon. |
