SMW Dev Environment V0.3 should be out within a week...my patching utility works...i just have to add a couple of other things and fix some bugs i noticed from previous versions

if someone would like to provide me with custom palettes its not too late as long as i receive it before V0.3 comes out.

Ill do it for you if no one else will. It's not exactly my forte either but I have plenty of time to work on it.

See? You're being stupid again! Contribute to the discussion, sir or madam. Thanks.

PS: I'm in a bad fit right now. Please excuse my harshness, but still. Learn how to post.

#1. As I mentioned in my original thread "art isn't my forte" and that definetely applies to making palettes
#2. Lunar magic can edit the palettes but you are stuck with the same palette no matter what for small, large, and cape mario as they share the same palette in the original code...my code splits them all up
#3. As someone mentioned this is all going towards my ultimate goal....extra power ups in the game for perhaps something like racoon mario, hammer mario, etc...there will be a maximum of 16 marios/luigis when i'm all done...well the possibility anyways
#4. I'm not a genius

No it isn't, actually.

He's asking for people to make him palettes, probably because he isn't too good at them, I'm guessing.

Hello guys,
As some of you guys know I created code to change the color palette of mario & luigi...i'm actually going to put out a program that will automatically change your ROM and patch it with the extra palette code. This should work with new ROMs and programs already in progress!

When I put the code out I would like to include 8 different palettes...art isn't my forte....could someone help out creating palettes for Mario & Luigi?
I need the following palettes:
Small Mario
Large Mario
Cape Mario (Cape is a seperate palette and will not be touched for this release)
Fire Mario
Small Luigi
Large Luigi
Cape Luigi
Fire Luigi

I would want different color schemes for every marios & luigis....these palettes will be the default ones that will be patched on the rom although the ability to import/export palette will also be included in case you want to change the default palettes.

In case you need to know the original SMW rom has 4 different palettes at the following SNES addresses within the ROM (each palette is 20 bytes):
Small, Large, Cape Mario: 00/B2C8
Fire Mario: 00/B2F0
Small, Large, Cape Luigi:00/B2DC
Fire Luigi: 00/B304

I would of course give credit within the readme.txt file included with my program

I would need this within the next few days if possible...this weekend would be nice but i think might be asking too much
