Thanks for reminding me there is such a thing as Google. I knew the answer was going to be obvious and just something I overlooked.
Yeah I hear you on the real cape functionality. I am looking at what it will take. I just thought there was some value in this first one because it is "close enough" in function and other people could use it for their hacks.
OK I found 2 and 3, and I found a bad link for 1. Anyone have that patch? |

I can help you when it comes to searching the board, but that's about it  There's no actual search function on the board for normal users, but you can still use google to search this site specifically. To do so, type in the text you want to search for, then add "site:board.acmlm.org" without the quotes after it. For an example, say you wanted to search for mario hacks. You'd type in "mario hacks site:board.acmlm.org", and it's as simple as that 
As for that Cape Mario hack, it looks pretty neat, although it would be even better if it was possible to make the cape behave like it does in Super Mario World. I know that's pretty much impossible without the time and knowledge needed to do so  Nice work on that even so (if that's your hack, that is)  |

Something you may find useful:

This takes Super Mario Bros 3 (U) (PRG 1).nes and converts all the raccoon Mario graphics to Cape Mario, including replacing the leaf with the feather. Tanooki should be unaffected.
This is graphics ONLY, so it will behave the exact same as Raccoon. However it doesnâ??t change hack anything else you can probably add it on top of another hack to give it a new look.
Now some quick requests: (Sorry, is there a way to search this board so I donâ??t have to ask for easy ones?) I would like to find:
1) The hack that adds the moving water effect to Final Fantasy 1
2) The hack that makes the turtle shell bounce in Super Mario 2 (US)
3) The hack to allow Final Fantasy 1 item shops to sell more than one item at a time
