To answer your first question I'm using FCEUXD to test and hack.
As for the difficulty... try and imagine the first time you played Metroid 1. I've tried very hard to make this game in the same style that the original classic was made in. Not in just level design but in graphics too. |

Thanks. I used a patch from Zophars to get the Samus sprite so thats not mine. Oh and the screens look fuzzy because I used the good ol pause and hit Print Screen method. |

Looks great... But how come the screens are so big and fuzzy? O.o
Anyways, I love the Samus sprite, the Power Suit looks insanely awesome. |

Thanks you two.. and sorry, no demo. I don't release them because I change stuff afterwards and it gets all confusing. Besides I'm at least halfway done by now. |

Ok, I haven't posted anything in a while because of DP. DP is on hold for a bit due to some updating and stuff... anyway SCREENS!
Ok, I know I promised more Tourian shots so here they are. One is in play while the other was taken in Met-Edit.
Now some pics of Norfair...
and now... half the reason I decided to make an update.
Can you spot the big difference between this old and new screen?

I found the object data and using some unused graphics in the rom, made a whole new platform. With all it's own graphics.
I know this isn't much to the big hackers out there but a hex editor was something I stayed away from for a while and now I'm succesfully chaning object data. Oh and I think it looks pretty pimpin to me.
