ok i got the Zatchbell game and it has been really fun so far. Alot like super smash bros which i really loved. anyway here is a link to a good review of it: http://ps2.gamezone.com/gzreviews/r26462.htm i suggest renting it to see if you will like it  |

Yeah, I hope that they thought of that because we did. I looked at the schedule and there is an episode on tomorrow at 5:30, I'm so looking forward to that, I missed the last three weeks, pretty much. |

You mean the derogatory genitalia reference. Not a nice word to choose when there are so many. Anyway, I don't think it makes much difference. "Zatch" sounds more exciting, kinda like a bolt of lightning. |

actually i am pretty surre the name change is due to the fact that a bunch of kids would type gash in a google search looking for pictures of their favorite character. and i ran a search the first image is zatchbell, but the rest are flesh wounds. Thats probably why they changed his name. |

I agree. I think it was a wise change. Which is pretty close to a first in anime. Most changes are always for the worst, so maybe this will lead to some positive changes for anime. Pretty cool |

Where is it exactly slang, as in where is Gash slang? I always hear gash in reference to an open wound, for example "Whats up with that gash on your arm...?" because furi kuri in tokyo is slang to for feeling someone up in a provocative way... even thought its meant to be the japanese english form of fooly cooly. |

that's pretty oldschool, they do that in so many animes, but yeah that would be so funny. Just hire 2 people to follow you around with crazy backgrounds, and you can get in fights with people and they put the background behind you while you jump in the air and scream KEEYAI!!!! or something. ROFL |

There were like a zillion battles in that episode, but whatever...
I just saw the Tia and Zatch episode yesterday night. Loved it. I like Tia, she rocks. You know what? I really wish that I had backgrounds like in Zatch Bell. Like, I love how every time the characters change moods or they wanna accent something or they fight they change to these trippy backgrounds. I wish that happened to me, that would be funny. |

I think that it has something for both the older crowds and the younger. I mean, I'm pretty old (29) and I really enjoy it. There's something "camp" about it that appeals to me. |

i totally agree. i mean, without the DBZ fans, we never would have been able to have this much anime on network television. the more selection we get, the better. |
