It really wasn't all that complicated, I figured she was just a ghost right away at the end.

The house turning back to normal really gave it away though.

THAT was a Billy and Mandy episode? Why so complicated? I haven't seen it, but I'm sure I wouldn't have understood it if I did.
Thanks for the explanation.

So then why did she disappear at the end of the show? Why was the house a mess? That's what confuses me the most.
It was Mrs. Dulands memories of her life that was making the house appear the way it was.
She dissapared at the end because the only reason she reappeared was to help Mandy get back at Billy and Irwin.
Huh.
I never would have figured that out.. maybe I didn't pick up on enough clues. Thank you.

Haven't seen that one in a long time. I think she cheated Grim...

Mrs. Duland beat Death. That means Grim was never able to bring her soul to the afterlife. So she's "Immortal", in a sense. In a nutshell, she's a ghost Grim can never bring to the Great Beyond.

I've seen that episode multiple times before. I think I get the ending of it but it's kind of hard for me to put into words on what the creators wanted people to think happened.

Does anyone watch The Grim Adventures of Billy and Mandy? It's awesome, and if you don't, you must.
There's this one episode called Who Killed Who? Here's a description from tv.com:
Who Killed Who: After exluding Mandy from their game, Billy and Irwin mistakenly throw their dice into the backyard of a haunted house. They dare Mandy to go get them, who accepts. Inside the house, she meets an old woman, and there may be more to her than meets the eye.
If you don't recognize the episode from that description, you probably haven't seen it.

What I'm confused about is the ending. After Mandy and the old woman, Mrs. Duland(?), successfully scare off Billy, the woman just disappears. The house suddenly looks like a wreck. Mandy looks at a giant photo of Duland doing some fencing pose, and notices that her opponent was Grim. Then she makes the realization that Duland beat death.
Can someone explain this to me? Is she dead NOW? Why? What happened?
I'm so confused.
I have to know. Yes, I am serious.
