Nintendo Revolution was just supposed to be right in the middle having a pretty good system.
Your pricing is mistaken, unless something has changed within the last month I'm not aware of... It's the PS3 that will cost your kidneys and the XBox 360 is mid-range priced, coming with everything you need. Throw in a HD for the PS3 and other acessories and you're way over double the cost of an XBox 360.

Shane, I do not like ignorance (see "I don't even know if they make their own (games)"). I also don't like pointless statements - it doesn't matter who makes the game. The game is what matters; if it's a good game, who the fuck cares who made it?

legoman: No two word posts.

Now that I've gotten the moderator out of me (for the moment), I'll be getting - eventually - all three of them. But as with this generation of consoles, I'll be waiting for price drops.

Nintendo revolution. (( Most sensible itelligent people seem to pick nintendo time and time again, why? Because they are the most trust worthy). I think I know what the controller is and if i'm right it will truly be legendary (note i'm not certain just been through every nintendo statement on the revolution to find out.)

This has to be preserved for all of history's hilarity.

Since PS3 and Revolution both have backwards compatibility, I'm definitely getting those two. Unless Perfect Dark Zero ends up being the best game on the planet, I can't see myself ever getting a 360.
Perfect Dark Zero being the best game on the planet? I, uh, wouldn't count on it, heh. I guarentee you it'll be a step back from the original.

I take it from your guarantee that you've played it.
Let's just say I recommend you don't get your hopes up for a game that surpasses the original PD.

Revolution! Revolution! Revolution!
I always hated playstation for some reason. Most of the games are crap and I don't even know if Sony makes their own. I never had or even played the XBox but the new 360 looks impressive with PDZ coming out for it. Nintendo has always been number one for me!

NINTENDO RULEZ!!!

Xbox 360, the xbox surprised me with the number of great gamesand i'm sure the 360 will do the same. i wanna buy ps3 but sony makes weak products i'm on my 3rd ps2 and i haven't even found a good game to buy in the past year. As for my Cube the last game i bought for it was Resident evil 4 and still waiting for Twilight Princess, so i dont know if i want a Revolution.

The Revolution is definite. I'm also thinking about a PS3, and I think I'll probably get one, but probably not at launch.

PS3, I wont get it as soon as It came out like I did with the PS2. I'll probably wait for the price drop, I'm concentrating on building a new computer since I've started to like computer games alot more in the past year and with my current hardware I can't really play too many of the new games. I don't think I've even touched my PS2 since Prince of Persia: The Warrior Within and MGS 3, so..

What in God's name is in that package. That's off the chart for any package I've ever even heard of. I'm going with PS3 and Rev right now, and maybe the 360 if my roommates will chip in for the cost.

I have no idea. I would lean toward the PS3 if it were backward compatible with the rest of the Playstation library, but I have no real opinion until I see what games will be available. I don't really care about system features that can make or break the deal for other gamers (e.g. online play options - I've never cared about that, so I wouldn't mind buying a console with no or limited internets connectivity as long as I liked the games and interface).

I'm buying all 3.

Because I like playing video games.

Xbox 360 because of Perfect Dark Zero, if The Elder Scrolls 4: Oblivion is released on it, then I buy it for sure.

PS3 better not have crappy hardware that breaks easily (like my friends PS2, which destroyed one of his games, and broke for no reason). If there are some good games like the PSX/PS2 had, I'm buying for sure.

Nintendo Revolution, I'm gonna be buying because of backward compatibility (I have Gamecube games, but I don't actually own a Gamecube). This and I won't all three next-gen consoles

oh the Nintendo Revolution for sure. Even if it lacks in graphics (whihc I don't really mind, 3 x GC graphics are insane) the wi-fi outta the box feature is very nifty, and could possibly be used in conjunction with Nintendo DS.

Sorry if this was all stated earlier, I didn't read the thread much. Bad Ethics not to read.
