Well, maybe your rom traslation can be found in zophar's. Use lunar ips with the ips you downloaded from zophar (if found) and the original rom as Gideon Zhi suggested |

First of all, there's no way to "convert" an IPS into a ROM. An IPS is simply a list of data locations and new data to replace old data. It gets patched on top of a ROM and changes the data or code within. For that, you'll need the original ROM and a patcher program. For the latter, I personally swear by Lunar IPS. |

 can some one hook me up with some hacking programs that are easy to use by a fifteen year old? Also I need an IPS file converted into a GBA ROM file and the translated from German ( I think it is german) to English. I will knight the first person to help me with any of these!
