I never hacked sonic game but. I suppose that almost every hex editor should be able to open it, and for the import thing I think its the same thing that mario bros. 3 and yoshi island thing in mario world, they done only by editing graphic not by importing level data |

How do you use ESEII to level port from other sonic roms? (I know of the warning,just doing it for practice) and whats a good hex editor for it |
