Did you guys REALLY think I was talking about the spinning object? I'm talking about the bounce sprite that appears for a second while Mario is hitting a turn block. I want to change its palette from 8 to 9. @Bio, the Map16 pages are irrelevant.

Peter_ac, if you mean where the block is turning, then:

Just go into the MAP16 editor and change the palette setting for the spinning turn block.

If it's the bounce sprite, that may be a little more difficult... Does anyone know where it's entry in the sprite table is?

The animations for the turn block turing are just objects, not sprites. The graphics are located at the very end of the ALLGFX.bin. I don't think you can change JUST the palette for the spinning part tho. Well, you can but it would be a waste of palette space I think.

To do it, just open up a allgfx.bin in an editor. Go to the bottom. Locate the spinning graphics. Now just change the palette making sure it doesn't use the same ones as the non-spinng one. Edit accordingly in LM.

I'm referring to the sprite that appears when you hit a turn block from below. I need to change its palette from 8 to 9. Can this be done via hex editing? If so, what's the offset?
