Dragonforce is awesome, both albums are great.
Check out Dream Theater, they are amazing musicians and just a great band, and if you like long epic songs with lots of solo's and amazing musical passages, Dream Theater is the band for you.
Any album is good in my opinion, it depends if you want a more metal album or more prog.
The heaviest is 'Trian of Thought', while the more prog is the newest album 'Octavarium'. Both are great.

Anyone have any kind of recommendations? I mean, Dragonforce is Power Metal, and I've heard plenty of that stuff: Edguy, Gamma Ray, Sonata Arctica, Rhapsody, Freedom Call, etc ... but Dragonforce is like different, they're extreme or something, so I'm just wondering if there's any other good bands out there that are at their speed and with their style, and so on?
They just seem to be made up of pure riffs and solo's, while as the majority of Power Metal is more melodic. I guess, just the way I look at it.
One of my favorite things about the band is the vocals, I just love the voice. |

I downloaded the songs you provided, and I loved Valley Of The Damned for a long time. Just giving me more reason to go out and purchase this musical masterpiece. |

Valley Of The Damned has always been my favourite Dragonforce song. I love it so much. Black Fire is awesome too. I havn't heard that last one, but I'm DLing it right now! ^^

Well, this is the only Dragonforce CD I´ve heard songs from but I really like them. 
It´s during times like this I wish that we had broadband at home.

If some of you can remember awhile back I made a thread asking about Dragonforce's Valley of the Damned album.
I loved Sonic Firestorm, but then I finally (recently) got Valley of the Damned, and I am beyond impressed.
Thought I'd go ahead and make this thread to share why I'm currently obsessed with this album:
(Dragonforce isn't known to be fast for nothing, so if you don't like extremely powerful fast metal, I'd run away )
Valley of the Damned - First track is just an intro, this is the first real song. Totally awesome, kind of a different intro coming from Dragonforce (sounds almost like Thrash), but I love it.
Black Fire - Hate those gangters driving around with their rap blasting out of their car? Destroy them with this. Nonstop insanely fast and incredible song.
Disciples of Babylon - Overall incredible song.
I think I do like this album more than Sonic Firestorm, at first I didn't, but after giving it sometime I've decided I like the different tempo that this album has, I don't know what it is, but this album just seems to have more style to it.
