I say he should just move to HBO. But, some asshole, I forget his name, says that "the american people are disgusted with pornography and HBO is a pornographer". WTF are you talking about? Some hotels get more income from pornography that the rooms themselves! People aren't disgusted with it; the industry grosses $10mil a year! If Bush is reelected, you can kiss your first amendment goodbye... |

The radio show and his actual show is basically the same thing  . If they get rid of the radio show they would get rid of the show on TV. Maybe he should tone it down a bit I guess but it's his show so I guess he could say whatever he pleases. Freedom of Speech, right? |

Well, I know he's on record as being ready to jump to satellite (XM or Sirius) if the FCC crawls too far up his ass... Really, we need to get the FCC to, uhm, stop doing their jobs so zealously. The mores of Northwest Bumfuck, Wyoming do not reflect the entire country. And let's not forget what started everything.

Well his offensive material got the FCC aroused, and since they can't personally do anything about it, they decided to fine Clearview until it becomes too expensive. Bunch of pussies... |

Uhh...what exactly did he say that got him in trouble? From what I understand, the whole selling point of his radio show is that he says offensive stuff. So what's so different this time? Got a link to some background info?
Obviously, I'm one of those people who don't listen to his show But I am curious about what's so bad that it gets Howard Stern under fire. |

What do you think is going to happen to him? Do you think it's fair? Do you suppourt him? I suppourt him. If you don't like what he says, don't listen to him. Besides, he didn't break any laws; I just heard him on the radio today. He claims that he didn't break any laws and didn't do anything wrong. I hope he gets off the hook... |
