Personally I go for 9.9 there some thing I think that need to be added:

1.extanded animated fonction for the overworld

2.A way to use the Expanded area to create a new Map16 page

3.the ASM hack will be modified a bit to include the fixmap16.IPS patch and the patch for fixing the item box content graphic, like the springboard in the item box and all these thing that go in the box

4.A edit regular animated GFX to do like the smashable brick in DW,Its overwrite on of regular animation because the row of unused ? block stopped animation annoy me and I dont want to waste space to such a thing

It needs a little more. Like extras like sample EXGFX and stuff. Minor surprises like that. But, at any rate, 10 it is!
