Like it says in the Guidelines thread: Do not ask where to find RPG Maker XP in a thread or by making your own thread. Instead, try searching for it on a search engine or ask someone who knows where to get it to tell you.

Google the heck out of it. Sorry I can't point you in any direction, but if you drive through enough sites, you'll find it. Don't break for the 'Please Register First Before Your Download' stuff, unless its your last resort (suffication, no breathing!).
Oh, I think it actually is considered illegal to download it for free, though. I mean, not terribly illegal, but if you get technical it is. |

I'll have to assume you meant legally purchassing the software. In that case... no. I've done a search and I cannot find anything on a site or even ebay.
And if you meant downloading... Well, I can't even imagine you'd want to ask that, because this thread would be closed, very quickly  |
