samus still jumps the same height as before, bombs still wok the same way, I just had to modify the jump values and bomb jump values to compensate for the enormous change in gravity, normaly 1C default, made it 46, jumping without hj was 04, now it's 07, etc etc.

trouble is that the way bombs worked before always bothered me, you know, sending samu upward after she passses them? not realistic at all. I have been thinking about changing the animation of the bomb to blink like large energy refill ball, but have the colors of the exploding bomb, don't know how to do that (makes it look like the bombs in prime mb)

Wow. Looks like you've made it more like Zero Mission with the high gravity and bomb timing.

How's it work for regular maneuvering?

Alright, as long as this is on the ftp I might as well show it off.

New Physics, and Bomb Jumping

Small quality vid of bomb jumping. This vid shows a major flaw in the performence of BombJumping that needs to be fixed. As you can see , in a frame by frame analysis.

1) Samus doesn't always get thrown into the air when on level with a bomb
2) Samus is actually thrown upward a few frames before the bomb explodes, instead of right when the animation starts for the explosion
3)the radius of where samus should be when thrown upward seems to start in the center of the blast radius, through the lower part of the blast radius, sending her upward after she has fallen past it, rather then propell her downward
4)Only The uppper radius to center of the explosion diameter should be sending samus up, if she's past it, she should fall.


These things should hopefully be fixed for my hack.
