Keikonium, the Japanese ROM doesn't have text editing support.
We Japanese hackers rewrite GFX2A, 2B instead.
I have a sample GFX2B if you want, feel free to use it.

Also, if you are making a japanese translation, why? There is the japanese rom. |

He's probably going to make a SMW hack that is in japanese.

Not technically a rom hacking question but since there are japanese and english natives alike maybe someone can point me to a site that has the japanese names of all the mario elements, notably, SMB3 and SMW. It doesn't matter at all if the names are in katakana/hiragana. A link to some scanned booklets would be cool but not essential. Anyone? |
