I'm Latin (from Chile, next to Argentina if someone's lost), Middle Class overcome. Started making gfx hacks just for fun w/Nesticle. Then i came until recently to hack text (Mostly for translating, most recent are psx iso hacks, w/Boot Logo changed also). No level hacks yet.
Is there someone else that talks spanish? (¿Alguien mas habla español?  ) |

I am a black african man I am middle class I am not saying I'm rich, but I had to make it through alot of crap in my life to get to where I am today..... also I am 24 years old and I will be 25 on october 21. It seems like everytime I have a birthday comin around the corner I always had bad luck with just about everything in october.
One last thing, I will be graduating from college this september my major is comptia A+ and Net+ after I'm through with college I have to go to another school and take the certification exams. |

I know what you mean, I'm 15 and I'm about to turn 16 in October. Note many people are 25-30, most are 17+ if they are not lying on their profile. There's some members who lie about their age, some even have a negative age.
Ex. -9 years old. |

Huh, never thought I'd see another person of Ojibwe heritage here. I'm a mix of that, caucasion, and half spanish (even mix of cuban and puerto rican). I am 22, middle class. I think that covers it. |

MathOnNapkins: I remember that version of SMB made alotta peolle humble when I was a kid, that and the fact you had to get more coins to get a free life. If I can remember right, I thnk it was about 200 coins. Btw, read your'e PM. |

to be perfectly honest i wouldn't be surprised to find out that im the youngest on the board heian-794. And i think F-zero MV was actually what got me hooked on f-zero so i went and bought a f-zero X then GX and the snes version |

Hmmm, im rollin in on the Caucasian middle class male at 19 years old. Im probably upperclass by income standards, but the cost of living in Vancouver is fairly high, and as MoN pointed out, that needs to be factored in. |

Googie I've played that SMB arcade version too, but it kicked the shit out of me. I need to see if it's available on Mame, I'm not sure if I even beat 1-1. I always wanted to try and see how it would be on a gamepad. (But I was never an arcade gamer, and joysticks are my bane.) |

I'm 25 years old now, and I started making hacks when I was 18 years old.
The tool I used in that time was Nesticle.
Most of hacks I made was just graphic changed things. Started changing texts was 2 years ago. And the game hacked levels was only one, Super Mario 1. But that was not introduced at this site yet. |

I played that! Must have been around 1987 or '88 that a pizza place in my neighborhood had it.
Having the game at home, I figured I'd obliterate the high score on the arcade machine, but it wasn't to be. The 1-4 castle was impossible! |

Imagine how old I feel hangin around these young bloods, I remember playing Super Mario Bros. in the arcade back in 85. A few levels from SMB2J were in the arcade version too. And peach (Princess Toadstool) had a big nose, and all the toads you saved would surround you & the princess and blink at random like if they were dancing. I'm suprised I can remember that.  |

Firemaker, you're only 13? (Same birthday as my father, BTW.) I'm surprised to see an F-Zero fan who wasn't even born when the first game was made... I have vivid memories of playing it; I must have been in junior high then. You're making me feel old! |
