Just watched the Doom trailer for the first time and I don't see any difference between the trailer for that and Alone in the Dark except for the absence of breastses.

Going to wait on reviews of this before even bothering to watch it at the bargain cinema across the theater.

When I first read this I found it to be funny that they're going to make Johnny Bravo. I miss that show but yet again I don't. Seeing as they changed the animation styles during the last season of it. I think it'd be pretty good to see how this one will turn out.

On the Doom topic for a moment... I've never seen a game-based movie get such a wide variety of reactions from the preview material. Everything from "It's gonna suck" to "It's going to rule" to "It looks OK". So maybe it's going to be good after all, I dunno.

The Johnny Bravo thing's going to be fun though.

It should be noted he isn't going to be the protagonist in Doom. At least that's what I'd heard. But he's got the charisma to pull off JB.

He's got a lot of hairgrowing to do.

It should have been Gary Busey!

Okay, that actually sounds horrible.

Honestly I don't really like the Rock at all, but I will admit he does seem fit for this kind of role.

As for the Doom movie, it should have been Bruce Campbell.

The Rock as Johnny Bravo!? *The Rock runs on screen, splashs some hair jell on his hair and quickly styles it. He Turns torwds the screen and says "The ladies loooove, Johnny!"* I just can't see it.

I figure this movie is going to be somewhere in between The Longest Yard and Starsky & Hutch in terms of quality. Certainly a far cry from The Rundown.

I'm guessing that's where the humor lies for the most part...

...but I don't know, maybe they might pull through on this one. I would find it hard to bomb a series like Bravo for as nuts as it is already...why not put The Rock in?

Call me crazy, but I can actually see this working...as well as it being hilarious. The Rock's awesome like that.

Wow. I remember watching that cartoon series. The movie is gonna be live action? Weird! I wonder how The Rock will do as good ole' Johnny.
