I find that interesting, since I use "block acts like" = 5 for all my instant-kill needs. It always worked...

I think Nintendo did that on purpose, so things would make a splash when they hit the lava. Just a guess, though.

Anyway, I just used custom instant kill blocks for my lava falls. There's one included with Block Tool, isn't there?

I am taking the lava tile directly from LM, not editing anything except the size of the tile, and pasting it in my level. I have even tested with an unedited game (meaning that yes, tile 5 is set to act like 5).

It auto acts like water without me changing the properties/act like settings.

However, it ONLY does this if I make it a 16x16 tile big. Well, 16x?? with 16 being the width.

This just always bothered me.

#1, Which acts like setting are you using, and #2, is block 5's act like setting set to 5?

Uhhh... how about an animated hurt block that acts like a water tile... Thats only if you want to go through the fall as well.

Itll hurt you, but you can pass (In theory, this should work)

I have noticed this, and meant to post for a while now. If you take the lava tile, and make it only one 16x16 tile, it takes on the properties of a water tile. Meaning you can swim in it and not get hurt.

Another thing. If you insert each lava tile by using Map16 they acts as nothing. This is the only tile I have found to do this.

Now, my problem is: lava falls. I need 1 block wide lava falls, but they act like water. Anyway to fix this?

Hopefully you know what I mean.
