Well, I know this: we have Madden in the backroom for everything, save for PC and PSP. PSP I know is next month and PC, I thought was set on Tuesday, but....we'll just have to see, I guess. |

I'll try the PC version if it ships next week as well. I think there was a very annoying delay between the console/PC releases last year.
Then again, I have no choice since NCAA doesn't come out for PC for some stupid reason. I never understood that. |

Last Madden game I played was 64. It was eh. But gimme anything with June Jones-era University of Hawaii and I just might spray my shorts. Hell, even Boise State or Texas Tech. |

I have Madden '05, and it's pretty good, but I've never given NCAA a shot. I'm thinking about picking the newest one up so I can kick M*ch*g*n's ass over and over again.  |

First off, from what I've heard at the game store, is that people either like Madden games better or NCAA (college) video games better. I've only "met" a few who liked both and then you have those who like the ESPEN series better (but this thread is about EA, so sorry guys ).
Anyway, I'm not really sure how many people here actually play sports games, but those who do, do you see/feel a difference between these two games?
I've played Madden '05 last year and I really didn't get into it that much. I'm now playing NCAA '06, and I'm having so much fun with it and I'm actually good at it. And I've played a few minutes of Madden '06 and I wasn't that impressed (I might need more time with it, which I will tonight and maybe then some) but honestly, I like the NCAA better. It has a better feel to it, not too hard to get used to, and you have the whole band playing in the background factor.  It adds that little, something, you know.
But yea, that's just how I feel about it.  |
