Here's a suggestion: Make your own hack and not ask other people to do it for you. 
Owning a Pokemon Center? That's not a bad idea. How will it impact the game, though? You could make all the other pokemon centers charge you, but your parents won't. |

Well, you need to give more info about your hack, also posting screenshots is a must have when posting stuff about your hack at both sites. |
