Magus' from CT, especially when you fight him, and frogs is second in that game.
Xenogears had some truly sick themes, especially iD's and Grahf's, but really they were all badass.

I like a lot from FFVII, and I admit I don't think I've really *listened* to many from other games though when I think about it.
Aerith's theme, even years after I played the game, is memorable.
The Turks theme is pretty cool too.
And don't ask me why, but I like Yuffie's theme.  |

I always liked Cammy's SSF2 music for some reason... Reminded me of something right out of MegaMan.
I'd agree with Ken for sure, just a solid track... Yuffie's from FF7 was pretty upbeat if I remember correctly. |
