When you export it as a .swf make sure you change the stream audio quality settings when it asks you. That may be your problem?

i'm using Flash MX. But it's all good. I figured it out. the answer was right in front of me! Simply select the kbps rate before publishing.

Which program are you using to make the Flash animation? Adobe LiveMotion has peculiar difficulties when it comes to synchronization.

I am creating a flash animation to play along with an mp3 file. Normal "Event" playback gets too off base and "Stream" playback degrades the sound quailty. Syncing is a MUST with this animation. How do I have my cake of Syncing Accuracy and eat it with Quality too?

If you do not feel this is a programming issue, then move this thread.
