You really can't do it yourself? 
You've practically got a layout that could do that already. All you'd really need to do is modify it a bit with some CSS to stick the picture (cropped) on the bottom right and then use the background as the same color (I'm guess pure #FFFFFF) for the rest of the post, the postbox being on top of it all. |

It's possible. You'd have to ask him, course I did make the layout code to begin with [thx].
Alternatively, if you didn't want to piss people off with the scroll layouts, you could do something like this layout or Fyxe's and it would probably do a bit better for a stretch layout. |

Kawa layouts are a pain in the ass.
That doesn't even need a scrollbar. It's just an image. Don't bother. |
