ooc: Sorry for the long wait time
Hit by the poison mushroom, luigi took some damage. Jumping up, Luigi then proceeded t try and come crashing down on Populous' head, on his outside where it would be much harder for him to hit luigi.
From on top of the mountain, Mario threw the shell, which was now homing in on populous at high speed.

Charged with the volt shroom, Luigi was able to use his momentum to knock away the shots from populous, before getting very close to Pop. preparing for Pop to do something to try and avoid the attack, Luigi prepared himself to jump if Pop did.
"I don't need to answer that with words, do I?"
Meanwhile, Mario climbed up to the top of the fallen mountain, and charged up a throw for the red shell.

"Whoa!"
Shielding Luigi from the shockwave, Mario was sent flying backwards, to the other side of the mountain. Luigi, now faced with pop alone, Took out a volt shroom and ate it, which meant that any physical contact with luigi would damage pop. Luigi then began to run at Pop, trying to touch him.
On the other side of the mountain, Mario found a red koopa shell, which he took.

Pop casts Reflect to bounce most of the lightnings away.

Pop releases the Reflect. It creates a shockwave, which "swooshes" the battlefield"

"Gotcha."
Walking separately, Mario used a fire flower on the device, destroying it while Luigi used another thunder rage, causing lightning to come crashing down at pop instantly.

A blast of wind blows the dust away.
-A thunderstorm? Hoo boy...
Pop takes a artifact out of his bag. It looks like a battery attached to a satellite disk, but in reality, it is a Ion Shell. Pop places it on the ground and puts it on. After few seconds of humming, it starts to absorb most of the thunderstrikes. |

Due to the dust cloud that was quickly kicking up, Mario and Luigi saw a glmpse of Pop, before the dust obscured their view. Grabbing Luigi's arm, Mario led the two of them a ways away, near the mountain where the dust was not quite as strong.
"Mario, what should we do?"
"Easy, we use a thunder rage!"
Pulling out a thunder rage from his pocket, Mario tossed the item up a fe centimeters into the air, before it blinked a bit and lightning began striking around wherever pop was. After that, the item disappeared.

Jumping backwards, Luigi and Mario both evaded the falling mountain, which was coming down very quickly. After it hit the ground, Mario and Luigi lost sight of Pop.

A medium sized waterdrop caused the bomb to "shutdown" and made it useless.
-A coin? Hahahaaa....
Taking a moneybag out of his bag, Pop opens it and the coin flews straight in. Pop lands to the ground.

When Luigi saw the bomb coming, He jumped out of the way, grabbing the bomb and sending it right back at Pop. When mario felt the flipkick, he spun around and grabbed at Pop's leg, but he was no longer there. Jumping backwards, Mario hit a nearby question block. but it turned out to be a coin. Taking the coin, Mario threw it at Pop, esasperated that neither he nor Luigi had been able to lay a hand on Pop.

Swung at by the blade, Mario was hit in the side of his leg, gurting him a bit. Seeing his brother slashed, Luigi let out two fireballs silently at Pop's back, hoping to burn him.

Pop starts to fall, but before impact to the ground, he slows down. Noticing that Luigi and Mario shooted themselves to the top of mountain, he starts to gather strenght.
-Ah, damn, i gotta get on top of that mountain.
After few moments Pop has put his strenght to the normal level. Then he casts Teleport and appears in front of Mario, slashing him with his scimitar. |

Noticing the beam, Mario and luigi glanced at each other, before running in seperate directions, curving around in intricate patterns trying to avoid to blasts. Running past each other, the two brothers dived to each side as the beam collided, but were both hit by collateral force from the collision.
"Mario! That shell should hit Pop anytime! Come on!"
Getting up, the two slightly dazed brothers began to run towards the mountain, but quickly realized it happened to be falling. Turning around, the two jumped and leaped over obstacles, before they both landed on what turned out to be a large catapult! Looking at each other with a dreading look, the two brothers were catapulted to the top of the falling mountain.

Hit by the kick, Mario lost his cape powerup, and reverted to normal mario. Falling heavily, Mario was rescued by luigi, before they both landed softly.
"Thanks Luigi, I don't know what I would have done without you."
Looking up, Luigi squinted at Pop, before looking around. Finding what he was looking for, Luigi picked up a koopa shell, and aimed it skyward at Pop.
