I've just found the meaning of the first unknown values in baseedit. they are not editable right now, but you could use a hex editor to edit 'em if you wish.
for short, lest's make a scheme of the unknown values: [A1] [A2] [B1] [B2] [C_] [D_] [E_] [F1] [F2]
A1 and A2 are the index of one of the possible hold item (they're reversed), as well as B1 and B2 are the index of another (reversed, too). Oh, and they're decimal. See this example:
STARYU -- holds stardust (6D) and starpiece (6D) 108 0 109 0 20 70 5 9 9
108 0 in hexadecimal it's 0x6c 0x00, reversed it's 0x006C, which is stardust 109 0 in hexadecimal it's 0x6d 0x00, reversed it's 0x006d, which is starpiece
I dunno about the C_, D_ and E. F1 and F2 are supposed to be egg groups, I'll research about
