Original image isn't bad, I'm guessing it's from a manga or something, but the overlay of the background really takes away from the image, in fact it hides it.
I'm guessing it was Photoshopped with some random pattern? 
Coloring it would be a nicer option than giving it an odd pattern overlay. |

I would as well, but you can simply copy and paste the link into your browser address window. That almost always (as in this case) works. |
