Possibly, but I would think that it was modified, and the code reused for the pirhana plants, because except for the fire and face, the code matches. It's a good question, maybe it'll pan out. |

Look at this pattern table from the SMW prototype ROM:
Nintendo's been known to leave code & data hidden in ROMs and I was thinking: Could the venus fire trap code stil be in the SMW ROM? |
