I hate Harry Potter books, because they're addicting.

In the past 4 days I've re-read them in reverse order.

Spoiler:
Go to http://pottercrash.ytmnd.com.

If you look, don't say I didn't warn you. Seriously, though, in the first hour I was on the Internet on Saturday, the ending was spoiled for me. Oh well, I still loved the book, and it's definitely preparing me for the last book. In face, there were several things that I didn't understand in there, so I'll probably go back and read all the books and then read HBP again.

Holy Crap!
This book has so many surprises, like all the romance, and the deaths
Spoiler:
I can't believe Dumbledore actually dies.:'(

and the couples!
Spoiler:
Harry and Ginny, and Ron and Hermione

Jeez, now I have to wait another two years

Ive just finished the book, and I have to say I really like how the book takes a new jump, especially with the character development. This is probly my favorite book to date.

I think im gonna go read it again....

LMAO! CHeesePie - GIve the woman a rest, I'm writing a novel and it's hard enough typing the first chapter!

Ok, Well here ar my (Non spoiler) Impressions as posted on a friend's fansite....

"I've read the entire book, and don't worry, I won't post any spoilers, but my first imprressions are... "What a weird book". It's got practically no story and is all about character development, it's probably the one that will alienate fans the most.

To talk further about it would spoil it for the rest of you, but there are scenes in this book that are some of the most disterbing by far, one scene actualy brought me VERY close to tears, and good news for you shippers out there... some resolution methinks. wink.gif

The worst thing is that it feels, more than any other HP book - incomplete, like it's the first part of a mini 2 part series with Book 7.

That said, if it's only meant as an appetiser.. then what an appetiser! "

But lucky for you at Acmlms, I have the added security of Spoiler spaces... so here goes.... Time is short and I may add things on afterwards

Fave Moments
Spoiler:

- Dumbledore's lessons with Harry were excellent and very illuminating, you get to understand why Voldie turned out the way he did. Dumbledore shines in this book, he has the best line in the entire novel, about "Chasing that flighty spirit - adventure", or something like that.

- Harry and Ginny!!! I've never been a shipper in my life, but it all seemed so obvious.... shame they split up, but mabye they'll get back together.

- Dumbledore's Death, the most shocking thing I've read in the entire series. I knew it was coming, but it reduced me to tears, that and getting the (false) horcrux before, where Harry forced the potion down Dumbledore's throar.

- Ron and Hermionie finally seeing some resolution.....

I liked other things too, but I'll have to go soon, so I'll break this off to talk about...

Theories and observations (More to come soon)
Spoiler:

What's the missing Horcrux eh? SOmething to do with Gryffyndor? I've heard a VERY interesting theory it's Harry himself (or his Scar). It would fit in with the prophecy...

I have to go, someone else wants the comp....

See you later!

I'll get it, but not any time soon. I'm excited about it, though.

I just got a little disheartened when I saw that there's only like 672 pages...the 5th had 800 something, so this is a bit of a step down...oh well.

Hey! Wait until the rest of us can get a hold of a copy! I probably won't get mine for another twelve hours. Stupid time zones.

Already said in Book Five.

Remember when they're in town and her and Harry. yeah. Skank.

She came off as whiny not skanky in it.

Anyway, I'm at Chapter Seven now in Book Six! It's been okay so far, but it looks like it's already building some interesting things. 'Ll be fun to see how it turns out.

I really should go and read these, because I haven't read any of them.

They are really overrated, They are ok, but not as good as everyone says.
I went with my sister to pick up her copy today.

My parents think it's crazy to pick up a book at midnight on the day it comes out because they say it will be the book will be there some other time. This applies with other stuff too.

Yeah, the fourth book is a little boring throughout; I found I didn't like it as much as the third one. But the fifth book goes above and beyond the fourth and was really good. I don't know how the sixth will turn out, but I will definitely try it.
