I have a few good scores, some bad, and planets yet to unlock (Angry face at you Hotted, Globin, Wuud, Meteos, and whatever else I dont have)
Star Trip Score: Straight: 623608 Branch: 1182812 (Wow is my middle name) Multi: 599209 ( so close to 600000)
Time War: 2min: 56730 5min: 135890 100 meteo: 15:51 1000 meteo: 2:27:42

Does anyone else think the music just rocks in this game?
Personally, I hate JelJel, Brabbit, Boggob, Vubble(Only a little), Gravitas, Gigagush, Heavendor(Somewhat),
My home is Firim... just, awesomeness in a planet. Yooj, Dawndus, Wiral, Grannest, Florias are some of my favorites as well.

Yes, it's a great game. I got the game on Saturday because I heard this game was suppose to be great. It's much better than that other puzzle game you mentioned which is Polarium isn't it? Anyway it's cool because it's fast-paced. I haven't got a chance to play multiplayer with my friends yet but I plan to next week when we go to school for a little while to see our schedules but I forgot what it was called.
Anyway, I like to share my scores also.
Star Trip Scores: Straight: 642,862 Branch: 667,000 Multi: 325,766
I rarely do Multi because I don't like it that much.
Time War High Scores: 2:00 War: 30,200 5:00 War: 118,630 New high score. 100 Meteo War: 0:26:94 1000 Meteo War: 2:58:91
Finally the Deluge Scores on the planets that I have.
Deluge scores: Geolyte: 62,540 Firim: 35,140 Oleana: 32,450 Anasaze: 50,690 Grannest: 34,190 Megadom: 54,620 Freaze: 43,770 Layazero: 43,310 Florias: 95,430 Bavoom: 38,350 Mekks: 56,330 Jeljel: 49,050 Brabbit: 39,510 Boggob: 58,120 Dawndus: 58,670 Gigagush: 43,100
Planet I hate the most has to be Jeljel, I can't stand the music because it has a baby crying in it. |

Xk turned me onto this. So I got it, and woot.

Gravitas is worse than Hevendor.
And my favorite planet is Firim. The loose physics plus the ease of clearing the screen is good in and of itself, but tied to it's awesome music... It just wins at everything. |

I actually did all the endings in Branch mode and as a result, I can now unlock Meteo. Neat, but it costs a lot... for a planet I could care less about.
I have already unlocked the greatest planet ever anyway: Gravitas.
Deluge Score for Gravitas: 63600
I did higher for Brabbit, though... at 96570. I still don't know how... maybe because of the many re-launches I kept doing...
Gravitas is the best though. I don't know why, but I like it a lot better than any other planet. Must be because of the way it is... eh. I am weird like that... |

This is ridiculous. I cannot do poor enough on Multi to get the bottom ending, and I cannot do good enough to get the top ending. Argh? The top ending is just I don't know, and the bottom ending... The only level that leads to it is fairly difficult, so I can't just sit back and watch myself fail the mission and then start doing stuff to pull off a victory, because I get swamped if I don't do stuff, but if I *do* do stuff, the other guy loses long before the mission would fail...
Also I do so bad at Straight that my Multi score is better. That's depressing.
Edit: I finally got around to seriously doing Deluge, and not just quitting after awhile. I did Firim, and then Freaze. Scores were edited in to my scores post. |

Deluge: Firim: 44050 Olenea: 53440 Anasaze: 65640 Bavoom: 57970 Mekks: 58150
Those are mine...
Heh, I do the best on Straight...
Multi is the hardest. I can do it, but I just can't do some of the planets. Sometimes if the planet is bad, I lose purposly for the better planet in that set. It works... |

I've had the game for... This would be the fourth day, so I haven't even played five minute war and deluge. |

I got an ending having to do with a "Cosmic Fork" last night It was the third one up from the bottom in split path mode, so it seems it's the same as what you were getting I really want to see what the topmost ending is in mission mode, but I always fail on the level where you have to clear 50 meteos at once
I still haven't managed to get through the 1000 Meteos war either. I can get up to 800 or so, but no further. I need to fuse a planet that makes the meteos pretty much vanish off the screen, instead of flying up and off the top. I think Hevendor does that, but I can't fuse it yet
I also now have the chance to fuse Meteo, but I don't have that many meteos to use Especially seeing as you need 5 time and soul blocks. At least they're fusable, under the "Rare Metals" category.
Now, here's a question for any of you that have played in Deluge mode yet: what's your highest number of meteos you've launched? For me, it'd be a measly (in my opinion) 500 something.
As for your post, Peardian (I typed "Pearfish" at first ), I'm pretty sure I've seen that ending. Does it say something near the end about how there's an infinite number of Metamo Arks for an infinite number of foes, and about how the battle for the universe it about to begin? If so, then yes, I've seen it
Your new background looks pretty nice as well. I thought I recognized the things that were on it, then read your post, and found out that I did indeed know where they were from. I think it looks quite nice |

Meteos is awesome. My favorite planet is Oleana. I love jellyfish! The music is awesome, too. It's like, making music while you destroy worlds.
The tons of different endings are cool, too. Has anyone seen...
Spoiler:the one where Meteos is destroyed, but all the pieces turn into Meteos themselves and Metamo Arks from every planet join you for some kind of final battle? (doesn't happen, though )
I'd definately rate this game a 10.5/10.
Edit: By the way, how is my experimental new BG? |

Oh yeah. I got it (it was the fifth from the top in Branch).
Spoiler: Delivering the final blow to Meteo was proving difficult until the Meteos fused into a giant fork! Using all of its power, the Metamo Ark cut up the well-done Meteos like a delicious steak. Utter victory is ours! Probably. |

Oh man. Which ending is that? I must see that for myself. The only good one I've seen is where it turns in to planet Meteo after blowing it up.
I believe it's either the fourth or fifth one on Split Path mode (Not Straight or Mission). |

Picked this game up on Sunday, and I wasn't sorry about getting it at all It's occupied pretty much all the time I've played on my DS in the past while, and it should be pretty obvious that I like it.
The volume level when it's all the way up on the DS is the only thing I can think of to complain about though It has to be the only game I have that can give me a headache by playing it at full volume
Anyways, here are my impressions of it so far: the graphics look especially good, when you consider that you're playing the game on a handheld console. The variation between the meteos, depending on which planet you're playing as is a nice touch, but I find some of them to give trouble distinguishing between similarly colored blocks Overall though, they do look quite nice.
The sounds, as I said before, are annoyingly loud on full volume, but that's easily remedied I find it neat how the sound effects that play when you line up three meteos are pretty much the music for the level. Sure, there's the background sound, but some can get repetitive awfully fast.
The controls / gameplay are pretty good as well. I found it like trying to play Tetris Attack, except being able to move blocks vertically, instead of horizontally. The cursor moves pretty slow if you're using the D-Pad instead of the stylus, which isn't too bad. It does come in handy in the credits though. Speaking of the credits, this is the first game I've seen that sort of thing in, and I like it (I'm referring to how they show the peoples' signatures).
The whole game itself is pretty short (I find it to be like either Super Smash Bros. game that way), but I've begun to wonder just how much stuff there is to unlock, either by fusing Meteos, or just completing other objectives.
As far as messed up endings go, the only one I've gotten as of right now had something to do with the various planets making a sport (a deadly one, as the game said) of launching meteos at each other. I want to see the one about the fork with my own two eyes.
Definitely a good game all around |
