I figured out how to find it.
I make a copy of SMB.
Use SMB Utility to open one of it.
Change the first goomba to the Bowser, the King Koopa
Use ISP XP to make the .isp patch to patch the original to the modified game.

And this is what i can found:
50 41 54 43 48 00 1F 15 00 01 2D 45 4F 46
Just before EOF (45 4F 46), it is the # of King Koopa
