Alright. The problem had to do that I was loading a state save from right before the castle level. While this had never hurt before, that was because in previous areas I had created the overworld all at once, whereas this time since I hadn't set the level, in the state it was still set to go to level 0 at that time. So I reset the game, and it worked.

I'm working on the last level I have to do until I can release my third and final demo, which has four worlds. I'm creating it and I set the level to 11C. I go over to the overworld editor and set the castle tile I'm using to go to 11C and save it, but when I play the game it still says Warp Pipe and when I enter it it takes me to the bonus game. What's wrong?

EDIT: Sorry, I fixed it myself. Could an admin delete and/or trash this?
