I'd have to say the PC. It can be easily upgraded and its emulation quality are good. It also has games which can be modded and so you can change what you don't like.

The graphics a very good to depending on the pc you have.

EDIT: The SNES is great how can anyone hate it, i believe it had a great impact on gaming.

I'd rather compare Vectorman to say, Megaman.

But, that's me.

The Genesis was definitely great also.

^ Kind of.

It also had a great amount of platformers like Super Mario World 1 and 2, Donkey Kong Country, etc.

I'm going to go with the SNES also. It has, and probably always will be my favorite system. There's just too many games on it that I'd say are incredible, Super Metroid, LTTP, DKC, SMAS, F-Zero, Starfox, Final Fantasy VI and so on.

And I'm just more of a classic gamer honestly, so yeah ... I play my SNES pretty often.

And right now I own 38 SNES games.

SNES was mainly a Jap RPG gamer's console, and since there are so many of those it's obviously the overall most popular choice.

Though I prefer playing my games as opposed to watching/reading them, so that's my reason for prefering Mega Drive. SNES can't compete with its selection of action and shooter titles, the only real worthwhile games I can think of are Contra 3 (Too bad the POS top-down levels kill it), Gradius 3, R-Type 3 and Parodius.

I'd say anything from the 16 bit era cause those games were so much fun. I'm not saying new games aren't fun but it's just that my favorite games, the one's I play the most, are all on SNES or Sega. A close second would be gamecube, because well, what other system can I play all my favorite Resident Evil games. Right now I've beaten 4 four about the 5 time (One to beat it, two and three to get one of each of the best weapons, four for all rifles and shotties, and five for only pistols). Then Beat RE with each character, now RE0 then 2 and 3 and finaly CV, I love RE, greatest series ever, perchance.

WHAT THE F--- *faints*

SNES was like the best system EVER. A lot of SNES games are better than most of today's. The only reason I don't play them anymore is that I've done everything there is to do. (Hence why ROM hacking is awesome! ) Heck, I still say the N64 should have been a SNES addon.

I like the Nintendo DS as of now. i like playing multiplayer wirelessly with my friends. We played Mario 64 DS at school every day because that's the only multiplayer game we had. That was the good old days. Can't wait for those new games for the DS and online play.

What do you have against SNES, general grevious?

why must I choose?

NES... no, PSX... no, SNES... wait, Gamecube... no, no, back to SNES... SNES!

Yeah, SNES. We'll go with that. For today. There's too many good games out there to pick one system... so I emulate what I don't have. That'll be finished once I get a better computer so I can emulate N64...

I like the Nintendo DS, because you can play GBA and DS. GBA is classic SNES games and the DS is N64 games. well, the way I see it anyway.

It'll have to be SNES. I figure if I can only play one system ever, that would be it. I got my SMB3 covered there.. there's just too much awesomeness for the SNES.

I'm confused why you would choose PS2 for supposidely having the best graphics. If it's just visuals that impress you, why not go see a movie or something?

It's hard to say for me. The Nintendo DS is one of my favorites if handhelds count, it's portable to play anywhere, while having a currently low amount of titles the different things you can and/or will be able to do with it are awesome, and it can hold up to partially above N64 quality graphics(with a seemingly 256 color per screen limit, not counting transparent things it seems, though the 3D mode may go past that), the possibility for beautifull high frame 2D graphics, and again I love the touching, one of if not the first time it's a main focus on a game machine home or portable.

However, there's so many other things I may forget, the Gamecube has some of my favorite recent games, but the PS2 still is a good contender with some games even Nintendo fans would like(Katamari anyone?), plus the PS1 backlog. However, I shant neglect the whole entire Gameboy series,(Yes, you too Virtual Boy. *hides it from harm*) and there's other older systems like N64, SNES, NES, and there's also the competitors, Sega Genesis, the Gamegear(I never had but one game for my original GB and not many for my old Gamegear either so my only bigger memories of portable gaming of the past are Pokemon Blue, one of those Yoshi puzzle games for the GB(there's like Yoshi, Yoshi's Cookie, and Tetris Attack I think), and some Sonic GG games.), and all the other things.

It's too hard
