LOL.
Im working on game about toad also.
It's called, wario land: toads quest.
It's a mario world hack thogh.
But this looks pretty good for a mario bros hack. |

Niiice. One would expect a mushroom to be all squishy and incapable of denting brick, but the effect's cool anyway.

That is correct. The blocks get indented from small toad attempting to break them.
The third screen's lakitu is miscolored. He is green .
Yeah I might need to edit him a bit to make him look more normal.
The last screen's green pirana contrasts all the other redness. I would make him red also .
This would be hard to do without having it alter the color of other enemies as well. It would probably require a small ASM hack (which isn't to say it won't happen).

Been working hard on this hack this weekend so a lot of work has been completed on it.
Levels have been completed thru level 6-1.
Also, now the level select is available right at the start. Skip to whatever world you like!
