I applaud you for doing this so young. Try not to think of your age as a hinderance. Just think of it as an early headstart, and do the best you can understanding the advice more experienced hackers are giving you.
You might have to do some manual sprite editing to get the class differences out. I have an idea though: Perhaps add a command/spell that allows you to change your class depending on what enemy you're fighting (by sucking them up?) That'll do wonders in fusing the general kirby gameplay system with FF. |

Well i did that but it still wouldn't work
Originally posted by HyperHacker The second class should be all different Kirby powers! Maybe the 4 elements. Fire Kirby, Ice Kirby, Rock Kirby and Cutter Kirby (often associated with wind ), if those all even exist. You should definitely use that hack to get 5 or 6-letter names. What good is a Kirby game where you can't name yourself Kirby?
Well if you play Kirby Adventure you'll see that none of the Kirbys have a way of really showing their abillities. Tell me where to get the hack for more letters for the names.

They all do exist, yes.
As for the airship, it could be a cool idea to change it into a blown-up kirby for example...
My airship is going to be a warpstar. |

Ah good, wasn't too sure about Ice Kirby.

I'm currently making a hack about Kirby. It's based on Kirby Adventure and there's some things I need help on. Here's an image
Note about image:Most are real but may be edited in the future release.
Things I need help on:
*Airship Help. When I make a test on moving the place of where the airship rises but it doesn't raise where I put it. *Second Class. I need some suggestions for the second class. *Can someone exactly explain about changing the intro screen. *Can someone explain how to get the music of another game and put it in? I want to put in songs from Kirby Adventure.
I'll add more when I need more help. I don't know when the demo will come out so please don't ask me. Any more suggestion would really help greatly. |
