I did a butterfly search on google and plucked it out. I just did a google again on that sprite and found that your layout sprites are form the same game. Wow...XD |

It looks like his head is at a 90 degree angle. No human head can do this. Try making it so that his headn sort of looks like it's angled up a bit.
Also, it looks like he has a bald spot. |

I tried doing a sprite edit to make it look like Julius is looking up, dunno if it looks that way to everyone else though. |
