yay  ....i found a very nice person who's willing to help me out, and he said he'd try to get me a table in a few days!!!! This is going to be great....it'll probably be a text hack mainly. Here's the storyline I figured out so far-
Instead of Alex and Ryan, it's going to be Brendan and Charlie (do i have to make those names shorter tho?)
Cyndi's name is going to turn into Chels.
River City High will turn into Manasquan High.
The school where Brendan and Charlie go too will become St. Rose High School.
I'm not sure what Slick(Simon)'s name is going to become yet...and im still not sure about the gangs yet either. The areas like Sticksville i'm gonna change to places like Belmar, Spring Lake, etc. and i'm gonna change Grotto Mall into Main Street and the rest of them i'm going to make similiar to that.
Hmm...you know what would be really cool? Since we go to a private school, it would be cool to make Brendan and Charlie's graphics wearing the uniform... ...that would require graphic editing right? What do i need, like a tile editor or whatever? |

yup, see, http://desnet.fobby.net/index.php?page=utilities&id=21 but it still says work in progress, so either the page hasnt been updated, or he just disappeared without telling anyone hes stopped, or iced it or what not. |

ok well thanks for your help....hopefully i can find some way to make it...the idea was I was going to change it to being set at my high school and having someone from our rival towns school kidnap one of the preps from my school. Then I wanted to change the different areas into different towns everyone around here knows about and the names of the shops and stuff. Wish me luck!  |

Yeah some guy at DES was making one years ago. I wanted to make a hack of RCR also using graphics from other games with Kunio in it.
Maybe the guy who was making the editor has some data he can share??
If you ever make a RCR hack, I'll definitely play it! |

There was an editor in development for it, unfortunately, the author seems to have disappeared, so I guess it's been cancelled.  |

hey...does anyone here know about hacking River City Ransom? I've been gettng interested in it lately, but I can't find the DTE table for it and im really not sure how to make one...does anyone know an easy way to hack this game? Thanks |
