Pretty flippin' cool Cy. The sword looks just a bit wierd tho, maybe just a little short or something.

I can't wait til I get my new pc so I can scan some of my sketches and put them up. I've got some I know a lot of people will like.

Looks good! Unfortunately, scanning still has its problems: there's a squiggle on his chest.

I like the shine on the sword.

The metal can look shinier if the highlighted part is not touching the edge, and also by adding some shading on the opposite side (also away from the edge). That way, it doesn't look like the lightening continues onward (which would be the case with soft highlighting).

For example, compare the left side of the top of the head, with the right side. On the left side, the highlighting doesn't touch the edge; on the right side, it does. The left side looks more rounded and, more to the point, shinier; the right side looks like it's flat and with a bevelled edge.

Some people might remember my Knight CG I did a while ago. Well, I realized I didn't have a definitive front shot of him.

Of course, I forgot to add the jet boosters, but they're detatchable from his main chasis. Hey, no harm done. I did it in pencil, used an eraser to make the shine (which is, I know, inconsistent with the antennae on his head), and scanned it in from my sketchbook (Which explains the darkening gradient in the top left).

So, notice any flaws? Is it good?
