Well, if it's any consolation you probably would have had to be 18+ to go to the show since I think La Tulipe is a bar/club.  So even if you could have gone, that might have proved difficult. I don't think it was an all-ages show. |

If you come across Future Soundtrack for America, they've got a great song on there called "Off With Your Head". They're of the non-whiny indie persuasion, which is quite good. |

Has anyone heard of this band? I love them, I found out about them when a friend gave my dad All Hands on the Bad One to listen to, and he just dumped it on me. They recently came out with a new album, The Woods, and it's really great.
I hear them described as indie rock a lot, but I don't know what that is. I'm bad with terms like that. It's the only all girl band I actually like.
I find with all of their albums, I have to listen to their songs a few times to really get into it. Especially The Woods, I didn't like it at all at first. But it's pretty cool, I encourage you guys to give it a listen.
