Maybe I'm just a freak, but I would want one with all the bells and whistles on it.
However, that thing better have a crapload of hardware and capabilities on it for that kind of price... |

I'd sure like to invest in one without all the extra garbage... maybe the price of the core console will be lower than what the PS2 was at launch. All I want is something to play games on. |

interesting...two ps3s....that is kinda a continuation of what sony did for the playstation 2. There is the game playing version and another version which not only allows you to play ps1/ps2 games, but also can serve as a mini home entertainment system?
anyways, i wonder how this will play out in the end--whether this is a genius move or one that will hurt sony  |

TWO Ps3's? Sounds sort of like a PS3 equivalent of a PSX. Mind you, 200 Euros seems dirt cheap for a next gen console.
Also, what the hell do you think the PStwo will look like? For some reason I'm thinking along the lines of a rounded black thingy |
