There is a Super Mario Bros. 2 (ie. Lost Levels) conversion for nes, but you can only play to 8-4 since the game freezes up after you beat it.
No way to get world 9 -D either (unless you hack, which I haven't tried). |

Well I wish someone would do an Eggerland conversion. I love that game but I can't play it on PocketNES because it's fds. |

If you're referring to the .nes file format, the iNES mapper directory has reserved a value for an FDS "mapper," but no specification for data storage has ever been finalized. |

That wonderful version of Mario Bros. was released as a cartridge in Europe. The GoodNES name of the ROM is Mario Bros. Classic (E) [!].nes |

Are there any successful attempts to convert FDS games to NES? Like VS Excitebike, Kaettekita Mario Bros or Metroid with Save slots rather than passwords?
