Odin: "Ex... I thank you for their lives, but..."
Odin let out a sound of physical pain and it was obvious that his wounds were fatal.
Odin: "I can not join them... I don't have a right too, its my fault they died and my life is over. I've fought the strongest being in all universe and expended all my power... I can die happy."
Odin was returned to his huge arena, something he'd made himself. He looked around at the moving cloud and the green grass and trees. He could feel the world was back to how it should be, and he could recognize several old people that had the same life force as ones he'd known before. Odin felt the overwhelming power of life on the planet again and fell on his back, his life reaching its end. He smiled as his hat tipped off and then went quite, passing quietly into death.
All was quiet and peaceful on the earth. Everyone lived in bliss... well almost everyone.
Star: "So Odin... you finally finished living. I'm glad at least one of us will die happy... I'll be here for all eternity..."
Star sighed as he dug Odin's grave. He was happy that the earth was back to how it should be though, he was happy that his other self and Nino were happy, and that was all that mattered right now. Star finished digging the grave and put Odin's body on it. He stabbed Odin's sword into the grave and marked it.
Here lies Odin, a real hero, one who died for our planet more times than anyone else will ever.
Many years later, the earth was still peaceful and blissful, but the humans had grown very much in power. Many humans were extremely strong compared to what they used to be. The power wasn't needed though and all of it went to the bettering of life. Only two people on the planet were sure of what happened during Ragnarok, Star to exist beyond time, and Dracoon to disappear and never be heard from.
Luke: "So Maya, do you think Odin knew we were there the entire time?"
Maya: "No, and its better he didn't, seeing us as kids still might give him a shock."
Luke: "Yeah... maybe its time we joined the world now though, since they've finally joined us."
Maya: "Maybe..."
Luke and Maya laughed for a while, but they continued to wait for something... |

Ex stared at Odin... and then, she wondered...
Why did she continued to travel trought the worlds? Why did she continue to hunt a force that she had destroyed with her two hands years ago?
Maybe becease it was the only thing she always knew.
After defeating her arch-nemesis, NeoBowser, once and for all, Ex had returned to Dimension 8 to live a normal life... but it had not lasted.
The gene that caused aging was missing in her DNA stream and as such, she saw her husband and then, later, her children all disappear around her. Her friends too, disappeared.
As for her Father and the other Hunters, they left the Universe, continuing the fight against Evil in their own world, Dimension 0.
It's then that she realised that for all those years, her existance had been in vain. She held a lot of power... more than any being... but she had no purpose for it. She nothing more than a wandering ghost whose heart was still beating...
Odin... him... was like her. His world had been destroyed and the force he seeked to destroy was, just like hers, gone... and yet, he carried on, even if his existance no longer had a meaning.
Ex suddenly lost interest in the fight.
Odin may be weaker... but he had something she had not: determination. While Odin's cause was a mere vow... it was better than nothing.
It was ironic... her who had vowed never to become like the others of her kind... never to fight just becease that it is her nature... she became exactely what she despised the most: a souless weapon.
Letting this bullet take away her life would be cowardice, also. She won't whine, she won't crave death... She will do as she always did: seek a meaning to the continuation of her existance.
There is an endless amount of Possibilities... countless adventures to be had, thousands of people that could give her life a meaning.
Dark Weapon: "Ex... Ex... EX!!!!"
Ex *thinks* What?
Dark Weapon: "I can't believe you phased out like that... what's wrong?"
Ex *thinks* Nothing. We're done here.
Dark Weapon: "What do you mean, "done here"?!? A bullet is coming toward us and Odin is still willing to fight."
Ex *thinks* What will I accomplish if I defeat him? Nothing. I do not need to be considered the strongest being. I am the strongest being, period... and anyway, I'm sick of just having the power. I want to use it... and not in a meaningless spar! There is an endless amount of Possibilities, all filled with beings terrorised by Evil... and I shall bring order to those worlds!
Dark Weapon: "You do realise that this is an endless quest, a journey that shall never end? What good is it to start such a journey?"
Ex *thinks* A journey is never in vain. To be still and never do anything, THAT is in vain.
Dark Weapon: "You do realise that you'll be declared loser by default, right?"
Ex *thinks* I don't care. I'm not interested in sparring... not anymore.
Dark Weapon: "Well... you still have to take care of that bullet!"
Ex *thinks* You do not understand, do you? We shall leave... right now.
Dark Weapon: "You will not take the time to say farewell to anyone?... and Odin! He will think that..."
Ex *thinks* They will understand. I believe Odin already understands. We shall never return to this Possibility. They no longer need us...
Ex pointed Dark Weapon at the incoming bullet...
Then, time slowed down until time was stopped for both Odin and Ex.
Ex: "Odin... the time has come. For years, you have wandered on your dead world, with only your memories and determination to keep you going... and I was watching from afar, during all this time. Years ago, at the end of Ragnarok, you gave me a wonderful gift... and now, I shall repay the favor."
Ex lowered Dark Weapon...
Ex: "Ragnarok purified existance from Evil... but sealed everyone's souls away. Ragnarok destroyed your world... but what is destroyed can be repaired. It is time to close the cycle. I do not want your life to end all alone, on a dead world, forgotten from everyone... you shall die among your people, recognised for all eternity as the true hero as you are... for you are a hero, Odin. Altought people may have tried to convaince you that you were just one Odin among the others, that you were a tool of Fate... they were wrong... for you are the one that broke Fate and gave a future to the Universe! Now... behold the fruit of your efforts!"
Time was unfrozen and...
BAAAAM!!!
The bullet passed right trought Ex's head!
Ex: "This... body... was... created... from... the... souls... of... your people... Now... I shall... return... them... to their... rightful... owners..."
Suddenly, the dark flames disappeared and the Dimension Ex had created for this battle faded into innexistance.
Both Ex and Dark Weapon turned white and then, Ex slowly dissolved into nothingness as a blinding light came out of her body, filling the void with mysterious power.
Then, in front of Odin, Dark Weapon turned to crystal and slowly fell apart. Then, the pieces of both Ex and Dark Weapon circled around Odin and then, Ex's true nature was revealed.
The pieces of the two were, in truth, all the souls of those that had been killed during and before Ragnarok! The souls of humanity were not lost during Ragnarok, neither were they returned to the void... they had been in front of Odin during all this time, under the form of Ex and Dark Weapon. This is where Ex had gained all that power from, how she could seemingly return to full power altought she had never unsealed any of the Sealed Spells or anything...
And now, with Evil gone, the souls were now free...
Ex's voice echoed...
Ex: "Tell the others that I have passed on to another Possibility. Gungir can now go to sleep... for it's task as well as yours is done. You who was born for the purpose of dying at Ragnarok... you will finally experience what Fate had originally denied you. Your friends are all awaiting you, Odin..."
With that said, everything returned to normal... or is it?
Odin was back in his home Dimension but the 3rd planet...
A wind of light blowed over the devastated planet and slowly, all the creatures awakened... the towns, cities, and continents that were destroyed resurfaced...
Everything was back to the way it was before Ragnarok... or is it?
In truth, the sun seemed to glow with a stronger light than before... and it soon became obvious that something had changed. The chains of Fate were broken, the forces of Evil gone.
The world was about to enter a new age... the prophecy had been completed. With the destruction of the old world, a new world without Evil surfaced... and unlike last time, Odin had a place in it.
Ex's voice echoed one last time...
Ex: "They are awaiting you, Odin... now, I shall be off! Who knows? If Death does not claim you, then maybe you shall someday travel trought Possibilities and join me in my journey... but for now, farewell."
With that said, Ex's consciousness left the Possibility, never to return. |

Odin seemed knocked out, but he twiched a little. He suddenly opened his eyes and stood, or kinda floated I guess, straight up, blood covering his body from a shallow X like cut on his body. The memory of what happened flashed, he had blocked the first attack by holding his sword and defending, suffering little damage, however it sent him off balance and he didn't have real time to jump out of thet way and suffered both slashes, the third attack though. As the entire universe imploded on him, it crushed his body, and should've destroyed him, but it didn't. Something inside him refused to be crushed and it snapped back, taking a little over 1/4th damage.
Odin: "You used to much energy..."
Odin talked with shallow breaths, he had hardly regained any energy from his old supply. He stood straight though, still having one attack up his sleeve, kinda.
Odin: "I always thought that any weapon used for evil could never be used for good and that I should walk away from fights without looking back at their tactics... I was foolish then, now I know that I should walk away from every fight, cherishing what I've seen."
Odin reached behind him and took out a very familier gun. Fenrir's gun.
Odin: "I thought I would always hate myself for using such a vile weapon..."
Odin pointed it at Ex, taking a position that looked exactly like Fenrir's. Odin sighed and fired a shot into space far above Ex's head, hearing the sounds stretch endlessly on. He aimed the gun at Ex again and fired. |

Ex smiled. She hadn't espected this...
Ex: "Equalizer... you know Equalizer... I should have suspected it... but still, if I strike you now before I am robbed of my powers, I can still achieve victory!"
Ex pointed at Odin. It was now or never. She knew unleashing such a powerful tech right now would drain her of her vanishing powers instantly and consume a large amount of her Life Force... but if she didn't struck now, she wouldn't be able to use the advantage she had gained and who knew when she would have such an opportunity again?... probably never.
Ex: "Here goes nothing!"
Ex closed her eyes and gathered all of her power into Dark Weapon...
Ex: "Behold..."
Then, the two were no longer in the asteroid belt. They were now on the surface of a moon in another Dimension.
Ex slashed in front of her and then, she raised Dark Weapon above her head. A tornado appeared around her, protecting her while HUMONGOUS amounts of energy were put in Dark Weapon's blade.
There was so much power that it overflowed from Dark Weapon everywhere, causing the sword to look as if the blade was encased a gigantic sphere of electricity.
Then, when Ex could no longer contain the energy within Dark Weapon, she slashed in front of her and the sphere of electricity was shot toward Odin!
The sphere destroyed everything in it's path toward Odin, sending large parts of the ground flying everywhere and causing a gargantuan earthquake.
When the sphere struck Odin, it exploded in an explosion so massive that the entire solar system was instantly wipped out.
Ex then flied toward the electrocuted Odin and slashed twice, forming a "X"!
Ex: "Feel the wrath!"
EX WRATH!!!
The marks of Ex's attack glowed on Odin in a strange light and then, they expended, creating two large rifts! One was a rift in Space, the other in Time.
Then, the ENTIRE Dimension imploded on Odin... and once this was done, a Dimensional Anomaly ripped Odin apart, sending him back to the asteroid belt where the battle was taking part.

Ex stood in front of Odin for a while... and then, she felt faint... she stared at herself and it looked like using this attack had drained her of more power than she had tought. The dark flames around her were now small and didn't burned so brightly at all now. Ex looked pale and she suspected that becease she had not charged the attack, she must have suffered a part of the damage she had (probably) inflicted to Odin.
Ex knew that at least one of the attack's phases would strike. May it be the energy blast, the explosion, the slashes, the rifts, the implosion, or the anomaly. At least one of these MUST have struck and each phase would have inflicted as much damage as a Sealed Spell... and in Odin's "Nullfiied" state, she suspected that if he wasn't KOed outright, it would still give her the advantage she was looking for.
Ex didn't knew what would work if THIS didn't... The combo of Nullify + Ex Wrath is the strongest combo that can be imagined... if this doesn't work... then she do not know what could.
Ex was not going to use Eternum. Eternum would erase Odin and all traces of his existance forever, never to return... but erasing him from all existance was not her intention. She could have put an end to this fight since the very beginning, using the fact that she knew how to perform THE ultimate attack and not Odin... but Ex wanted to prove that she was the best even without such an attack... or is it?
Ex wondered... she had made many mistakes so far... one of the most important ones was that she did not unleashed her full power until late in this fight. She had played with him... but who would blame her? Since her fight with the Chaos Essence, she had never met a worthy opponent... not even once.
It was probable she wouldn't meet such a worthy opponent again until entire billions of years. Such a being can only be found in very few Possibilities... such powerful warriors are a rarity... and not only was Odin powerful, but he wasn't a brute, far from it.
Ex suspected that the Virtues were very present in this human... and she knew she wasn't far off from the truth. Odin, just like her, lived trought several lifetimes worth of experiences trought his limited time in the Universe. Altought Odin was nothing in the cosmic scale, Time-wise... in terms of action, his actions made him a giant and he knew far more than he could suspect...
Odin: "My life force and my power are connect, my power keeps me alive and my life force lets me live with my power. If either are changed, the other steps in and brings the other back. Essentially, I was unable to die naturally untill I decided too, but that is why I chose to fight you. Now let me show you what my life force can do."
These words continued to echo in Ex's voice. A complete, total determination... such was Odin's strenght. Ex knew how far such a determination can bring... she saw it in the past both positively and negatively.
Maybe that, on another hand, Ex didn't wanted her attack to work, after all. Yes... winning is fun and she does take pride in her title as "strongest being ever to exist"... but what price was it next to a worthy opponent?... and especially this kind of opponent?
Maybe Ex had went a bit too hard on him after all, using the second strongest attack, Ex Wrath. She should have used something less extreme to give him a chance... so the fight would continue. Now, she could only hope that Odin had prepared a counter that would nullify most of the attack's effects... altought she doubted it.
Ex Wrath, since it is performed via Dark Weapon, ignore ALL defenses and immunities, striking directly the soul and ripping apart the body as if it was made of paper. The attack was so powerful that she wasn't sure that even herself would resist it if someday, she would meet a being able to unleash this attack.
As Ex floated in front of Odin, Ex knew that the battle would probably end soon... |

Odin took the attack, he had no choice, but still blue energy flicked every once in a while. He stood there after the attack for a little while, just staring at Ex.
Odin: "Ex... I've already told you how I reached my power because I was human, did you think it could be stopped so easily? What makes me human is how I act, move, everything about me, and you'll see why I think humans are the stongest natural beings. Ex beings are easily more powerful, you are a prime example of this, you won't lose this, but it won't be easy for you to win either."
The energy consumed Odin in blue flames just as Ex's fire was doing. It washed over him and restored his color, but not his strength, not yet.
Odin: "My life force and my power are connect, my power keeps me alive and my life force lets me live with my power. If either are changed, the other steps in and brings the other back. Essentially, I was unable to die naturally untill I decided too, but that is why I chose to fight you. Now let me show you what my life force can do."
The blue light suddenly exploded, enveloping everything so only Ex and Odin were in a very blue existance. Odin pointed his sword at Ex and she was being drained of her powers slowly.
Odin: "You can let me have my powers back and this will stop, or we'll both be reduced to comparably weak levels of power."
The process would be slow and tiring for them both for Odin to drain Ex's powers, but he was confident that it wouldn't go that long.
Odin: "We fight at full, or we fight weak, I prefer full, what about you?" |

OFF: Here comes the pain! Don't say I didn't warned you!
Also, this attack has high priority and is unblockable + undodgable. In short, even if Odin had a reflective counter ready or, even at the limit, was immune... well, he's still affected!
Very nasty move overall... and only the caster can reverse the attack's effect!
Basically, this move removes all defenses, making the target weak against everything. It also makes the target unable to use strong moves since it disables the target's ability to charge up for moves. It also makes some estethical changes to add insult to the injury by making the target monochrome and making all of it's movements seems really slow (altought the target is still moving at full speed).
Basically, will probably be considered cheap and will probably have to be changed...

Ex smiled and opened her eyes.
Then... everything seemed to fade into darkness...
Ex: "What a fool you are! You should have stopped me while you could! Now... nothing can save you! Whatever your counter! Nothing is effective against the wrath of the Sealed Spell of Darkness! Now..."
Ex screamed as she unleashed her full power. Even for her, it was a terribly difficult to unleash attack... and if an attack was difficult to unleash for her, then it MUST be big, right?
NULLIFY!!!
Then, it seemed as if Ex's dark flames expended and engulfed everything...
Nothing could be seen anymore. The stars, the planets, the sun, the asteroids... even Ex... they were all gone. No sound could be heard... Odin couldn't even hear his own heartbeat.
The most total silence of all... the most complete emptiness... just like when Eternum was about to strike... but fortunately, this was not Eternum.
Then, it seemed as Odin's body was breaking apart. ALL of his powers left his body and there was nothing he could do about it.
All of his energy... all of the positive changes... all of it were gone.
For what seemed to be hours, Odin was drained of his powers and when not even an ounce of it was left, his powers were banished into the Void, where he would never, ever, get them back ever again... unless Ex decided to give them back to Odin.
With that done, everything returned to normal.
Altought no damage had been inflicted, ALL of Odin's elemental strenghts had been removed. In fact, ALL attacks would now inflict 10 times the normal damage against him, without exeption!... and now, even moves he used to be immune against affected him... and this includes moves that should NOT affect him! The changes also affected his endurance to status problems: all attempts at inflicting a status problem on him would ALWAYS be successful, even if the chances of success are very slim.
But the worst part was that the move's effects couldn't be inverted. Even if Odin tried to enhance his resistances just a little bit, it would always fail... and Odin was now completely unable to have positive status changes. He could now only have negative ones. Add to this the fact that the attack seperated Odin's soul from his body thus making him unable to do any charged attack and you have a pretty bad situation!
To add insult to injury, Odin's color scheme had been changed. He was now completely in greyscale as a symbol of him being affected by Nullify. He was also permanently seemingly moving at half speed ("seemingly" is the key word here. He's moving at the same speed as usual in truth).
...
Ex smiled... she seemed tired, but proud.
Ex: "Now... your are weak to all elements and status problems and cannot undo this in any, way, form, or shape... and furthermore, you were robbed of the ability to do charged attacks! Heh! I would like to see how you can win the fight now!"
Now that Odin was weak against every attack, Ex guessed that beating him would be a breeze... probably. Unless Odin knew the Sealed Spell of Light (not very likely), she now had the definitive, decisive advantage. |

The dark flames pulsated with power for a second... and then, nothing.

The dark flames seemed to burn a bit more intensely... or is it? Was it just an illusion?
...well, the flames seems all normal now. Very weird...

Odin: "We can't just wait till I die of age you know."
Odin waited again... He was serious, he really didn't want to wait till he died. |

A large orb appeared around Odin and he feel down inside of it, breathing heavily. He got back up quickly and turned to Ex.
Odin: "Nicely done..."
The orb collaspsed on Odin and he looked normal again, but didn't move. Instead, he just sat there and stared.
Odin: "Hurry up and do something..." |

Ex knew what was that attack... and she knew how to block it.
Dark Weapon took the form of a sword once again.
Ex *thinking* Let's do this!
Dark Weapon: "Indeed..."
Ex: "Heh! Let's see how you can do if I do... that?"
Dark Weapon closed her eyes as she concentrated... and then...
FORMAT!!!
Both Odin and Ex were engulfed in a strange light!
Both of them were instantly drained of all their accumulated powers, exposing them to the cold emptiness of deep space.
Ex used her powers to keep herself from exploding due to the low pressure and used her dark energy as a substitute for oxygen while she restored her form.
As Ex was once again surrounded in dark flames, Ex was almost sure the fight was now in her favor.
Format had erased the thin cut from the Timeline as well as Ex's Sealed Spell, causing the Dimension to come back to normal and thus causing the asteroids to reappear.
Ex *thinks* Now... I guess I'll use the second most powerful Sealed Spell...
Dark Weapon *thinks* WHAT?!? I know that he's supposed to be your equal... but come on! Using this spell is overkill! Nobody can resist...
Ex *thinks* EEEEP!
Dark Weapon: "What?"
Ex *thinks* It's breaking the fourth wall but... well... you cannot say to me the spell's name becease of the Hunter agent who is currently sitting in front of his computer, reading about our battle against the mortal he created using his imagination.
Dark Weapon: "Fourth wall breaking is wrong. Don't do it again."
Ex *thinks* I won't. Now... back to the battle! It's Odin's turn, isn't it?
Dark Weapon: "I said: NO FOURTH WALL BREAKING! There are no "turns"! This battle is taking place as we speak!"

Odin was laughing as Ex was speaking, he was surronded by a blueish white energy.
Odin: "Wrong, oh so wrong."
The planets didn't move, nothing moved, it seemed that the time line had actually never vanished.
Odin: "They may be sealed and powerful, but that doesn't mean its good."
Odin lashed out through the time stream as Ex did her attack, blocking each incident.
Odin: "I told you I met Star... I've also learned how to control time, you won't be doing anything like that again will you?"
Odin sighed and the energy went back in side of him, he turned away from Ex and sighed again.
Odin: "Back Lash!"
Odin spun around swinging his sword, but as he did it, a thin cut appeared in the universe, going faster than anything possible. The attack was a garunteed hit, but its effect wouldn't kick in for a turn or two. |

Ex: "You are right. Enough of this."
All the asteroid melted before they could even reach her. The bright beam couldn't even get close to Ex that it was dissolved by the intense amount of energy Ex was emitting.
Ex: "This was fun... but I'm WAY out of your league... and if you do not believe me... then try and survive THIS!"
Ex unleashed her FULL power! A real hurricane of dark flames came out of her as she casted a Sealed Spell!
TIME COMPRESSION!!!
Suddenly, Odin was frozen in time and everything faded out of existance exept Ex... Ex closed her eyes...
Ex: "The Universe is made of Light..."
Ex opened her eyes and a shockwave was sent trought the Space Time continuum, filling the heart of her foe with terror...
Ex: "... and of Darkness... Step into the Darkness... embrace it... and become one with it!... for..."
Ex walked into the invisible mirror in front of her, warping trought time.
Ex: "...your life will have NO BEGINNING!!!"
Ex arrived at Odin's moment of birth and slashed his neck ten times with all of her strenght! Each slash was designed to nullify his molecular structure, causing him to implode.
Ex: "You will have NO PAST!!!"
Ex arrived at Odin's childhood and did the same as she did to his birth.
Ex: "You will have NO PRESENT!!!"
Ex returned to the present, warping trought herself and Odin's present. She did the same as before, with the slashes and all...
Ex: "You will have NO FUTURE!!!"
Ex appeared, 5 years in the future. Ex did the same...
Ex: "Your life will have NO END!!!"
Ex appeared at the moment of Odin's death. Usual slashing business...
Ex: "...and to the eternal emptiness you shall be returned, for you will have NEVER existed!!!"
Ex came out of the mirror... but as she did, the Timeline in which Odin exists was destroyed, causing his very existence to be a paradox.
As Ex returned to the battlefield, it seemed as if she had never attacked... but if the attack worked, then Odin would not be here for he had never existed in truth. However, if the attack didn't worked (much more probable), then his existance became a paradox causing the entire Dimension in which the battle was taking place to start imploding on him.
Ex: "So... how do you like the Sealed Spell of Time? Thanks to it, the very Timeline in which you exist is no more! Your very existance is now a Dimensional Anomaly... which means that the Universe should start collapsing on you in about... right... NOW!"
All of the planets and asteroids of the solar system as well as the sun were sent flying toward Odin at a speed way beyond the speed of Light!... and they were IMPOSSIBLE to dodge!... but blocking was another story... but this was only the beginning. ALL of the objects in the entire Universe (including the supernovas, black holes, pulsars, planets, e.t.c.) were on their way and would ALL smash into Odin. It was only a matter of time. |

Odin: "You'll really like this."
Odin punched one time and all the rocks stopped suddenly. Odin punched again and they all flew back at Ex.
Odin: "A wave punch, one of the stronger physical attacks when done right."
Odin brought out his sword and pointed it at Ex.
Odin: "Enough of this, lets move on to more destructive combat."
A bright beam shot from Odin's sword and headed right towards Ex. Before it got to Ex, it exploded, sending energy in every direction. |

Odin's attempt was successful... but unfortunately, Ex was spinning as such a speed that she passed trought the asteroid, suffering no damage and making a big, nice hole in it!
Ex uncurled once she passed trought the asteroid.
Ex: "Interesting, isn't it? I learnt how to do that from a certain blue hedgehog and his yellow fox friend. As for my next move, it was an old man who used a fighting style and who was the very last one to know of it. You'll like it, you'll see!"
Ex flied toward the asteroid, closed her eyes, and then punched the asteroid only once.
The asteroid was split in two!
Then, Ex grabbed one of the asteroid halves and began to spin it around... and around... and around...
Ex: "And now... for my next trick!"
Ex thrown the asteroid at Odin!... but before it could reach it's target, Ex flied in front of the asteroid and punched it non-stop, breaking it in a lot of smaller asteroids that were still going toward Odin! |
